By day I manage building safety across a housing association portfolio — high-rises, listed buildings, and the paperwork that keeps them safe. Off the clock I run my own stack: a VPS behind Caddy, a Tailscale tailnet, a NAS, and a laptop doing the GPU heavy lifting. If it can be self-hosted, it probably is.
